FAQ - KEEPERS QUEST
No, monthly membership fees are non-refundable after an initial 24hr period of signup. If you pay on a yearly basis upfront we will refund a pro-rated amount upon cancellation, less any promotional discounts you may have received (e.g the 10% discount for annual upfront membership). All monthly fees are deemed non-refundable after 24hrs of your original signup. Please do not request reimbursement of any monthly membership fees after this period. On Keepers Quest plans, you get to keep all watches you receive. These watches are non-refundable once delivered also.
With Keepers Quest, members receive a watch each month/quarter with a value often twice that of their membership fee, or more (in the case of random free upgrades). While these watches become a permanent part of your collection, you'll have the unique advantage of a strong trade equity. If a particular timepiece doesn't perfectly complement your collection, you can easily trade it for something else in our private "Odyssey Lounge" group with over 2,000 members, often with the potential to trade up due to the substantial value of the watch you've received.
On our plans you can pause, skip or cancel a membership in your dashboard, at any time after an initial 3 month commitment. By doing either of these things however, you will automatically waive your right to receive a new watch, until you resume your membership.
Of course, at any time you have complete control to do so. After an initial 3 month commitment billing period (on Ora Odyssey plans) or 1 x month on Keepers Quest, you can cancel your membership at any time. Please note, this is different to “skipping” or “pausing” your membership (method outlined above) and if you cancel your membership and decide to resubscribe in future, you will be placed on our wait list. Wait lists will be notified in order they are received. You also will relinquish your spot if our membership is full and may not get access in future, as a result. Please be aware.
Absolutely! We have a designated loyalty rewards program where you can share a unique link with friends, family or followers, from your account. When anyone signs up for membership through your unique link, you (and they) will be given a $15 credit in your account toward future purchases.

Part of the beauty of the community we have built is that you can trade in a safe space with genuine enthusiasts. You will have the opportunity of trading in both The Keeper Box's Odyssey Lounge private group, as well as our Watch Nation (sister brand's) Discord server. Or both!
For our Keepers Quest plans, there is no activation fee because members keep all the watches they receive at a significant value discount. This means that the investment members make in their monthly subscription already accounts for the cost of the watches and the value-added services we provide. By offering these plans without activation fees, we're able to deliver an exceptional watch ownership experience that enables our members to build their collection at a great value, making the Keepers Quest plans an attractive option for watch enthusiasts.
Absolutely! At The Keeper Box we believe in providing the best possible experience for our members. The activation fees for our Ora Discovery plans ensure that we can maintain our high-quality service, as well as cover the initial costs associated with preparing, shipping, and handling your curated timepieces.
We understand that long-term members are the backbone of our community, and we value your commitment. That's why we offer a $30 rebate credit for each watch returned under the Ora Discovery plan. This means you have the opportunity to recoup your activation fee in as little as six months, further enhancing the value and benefits of your membership with us. It's our way of saying thank you for being a loyal member of The Keeper Box family
No, absolutely you can have as many concurrent plans as you wish, at any time on your account. We envisage many members opting for one of each plan, or maybe even multiple of each, if they wish to experience amazing new watches more frequently than just 1 per month. The choice is entirely yours. You can manage any subscriptions in your members dashboard.
No, on Keepers Quest there are no minimum terms (except in the case of specific special deals we may offer from time to time, which may come with a 3-month minimum). On our normal plans however, you have no commitment period outside of the first month/quarter, after which you can pause, skip or cancel, should you wish. We don’t envisage this of course, because we are so confident in the watch Brands we partner with offering amazing value and enjoyment.
